Kurzweil, Baruch

(1907-72)
   Israeli literary critic. He was born in Moravia, and emigrated to Palestine in 1939. He was appointed professor of modern Hebrew literature at Bar-Han University in 1955. His writings include On the Novel, Our New Literature: Continuation or Revolution?, Bialik ve-Tchernichovsky, Massot al Sippurei S.Y. Agnon and Between the Vision and the Absurd.
